Refund policy

The 7-day refund

If Kagami doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and you get your money back in full. Write to support@kagami.video from the email you bought with, or use the button in your dashboard.

What a refund changes

• Your license is revoked and the app returns to the Free plan.
• Founders 100: your founder number, badge, Wall of Founders spot and bonus months are given up permanently. The spot is not reopened.
• Referral months you earned from that purchase are removed.
• Launch offers and trials can't be used again on the same device for 365 days.

After 7 days

Purchases are final after 7 days, except where the law where you live gives you more rights.

How long it takes

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Most arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
